Alrighty!
Time for part 3 of the Anthony Joshua series
If you missed the first 2 parts, you can read them using the links below

Let’s move on…
In the last part, I gave you the link to watch a video by Arnold Schwarzenegger
Did you watch it?
If your answer is No, then why?
I hope your reason is valid enough
I have now watched that video for more than 20 times
Why?
Doing something repeatedly has a way of increasing the impact you get from it
And that is what this third lesson is all about
You see, after my 4th training session with Anthony Joshua, I went back to a gym I used to go to just to see someone
While I was there, I met a woman I knew when I was still coming to the gym 2 years ago
What surprised me about this woman is that – She was as slim and sexy as a woman can be
Let me give you a backstory about her
2 years back, I signed up at this gym for 4 months
During those 4 months, I think I only went there 8 or 9 days
But anytime I was at the gym, I will always meet this woman there – walking on a treadmill
She was really fat then
She would walk on the treadmill for just 30 minutes, then leave for the day
I would look at her like one lazy person
But here is the thing:
She was consistent
She showed up at the gym to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes, 6 days a week – between 7.am – 7.30am
The gym instructor told me that this was her routine for 6 months
And that is how she lost a lot of weight
I was also registered at the gym
I wasn’t even anywhere as big as she was
But I wasn’t consistent
One of the main reasons why many people never progress is because they are inconsistent.
They try something today, then run away to attend to other frivolous issues
Then come back 2 months later, then run off again
Doing things this way is the accelerator to failure
Consistence is better than intensity
Reading for 30 minutes daily will give you a lot of growth than doing marathon reading for 7 days in a year
You want to be a better writer?
If all you can do is write for just 10 minutes daily, fix a time for it and make it consistent.
Is there a skill you want to master?
Fix a time for it and focus on it consistently for at least 90 days and let’s see what will stop you from getting good at it
My trainings with Anthony Joshua is between the hours of 7- 8 am (5 times a week)
What area of your life do you need to develop?
When you combine the first 2 lessons I shared in this series with this lesson of being consistent, you will be unstoppable.
That is what I got.
May God help us all.

PS: ONE MORE THING…
Just so you know, it breaks my heart to know you haven’t purchased my LBCM book (if you haven’t)
It kind of feels like you don’t like me or you have no intention of moving ahead with me a bit.
The book plus included bonuses will really help
